Step 1

pick an online marketing method and master it no matter how long it takes and whatever it takes (for me it was PPC)

Step 2

open up your favorite business directory, and make notes about all businesses that have high profit margin or high value services/products (I personally prefer B2B businesses because their deals are usually over tens to hundreds of thousands to millions)

Step 3

start to cold call them and ask them "if i'm able to grow your business 20 to 30 percent within the next 6 - 9 months, is this something you might want to discuss about" and set an appointment with them

Step 4

research about their industry and what's happening

Step 5

meet up & present them your online solutions AFTER understanding their objectives and plans

Step 6

take nothing upfront (its the easiest although I did took some kind of setup fees) & negotiate for an aff commission

Insights with working on this model:
  • no competition
  • you already know there's a need if not they won't be established for so many years
  • they give you their advertising budget to spend in whatever ways you want so your ROI = INFINITY

  • if you do it correctly, you only need 1 client, and help them to find 1 client per year to live comfortably for as long as they stay
Exit Strategies:
  • Sell them back the system you've helped set up for a large chunk of cash
  • Offer to teach the owner / their staff in exchange for a % of the business
  • Keep the existing setup and offer to help them build other areas (then you can find other experts in for a share of profit)

    Very nice. A lot of marketers are hesitant to work for future commissions and % of future revenue; they want money upfront and monthly... However, I am starting to realize more and more how this model can be much more profitable if you know what you're doing and can really increase a companies profit!
