Prettylink plugin for wordpress

Does anyone know how to use the prettylink plugin on wordpress? I have already uploaded it to my website and activated it but I don't understand how it cloaks your links. Does it do it automatically or do I have to submit it into the plugin through my dashboard to generate the cloaked link?

    You just go into the plugin settings (admin page) and add your destination url and the "short link/pretty link" and hit the save button. There is an option to click the "cloak" button if you want to cloak/mask it or just let it forward/redirect.
