Article Submission Services? Your Views On The Best?

Hi Guys,

As the title suggest I am looking at joining one of the article submission serivces, however would love to hear from any of you that currently use them and what your experiences have been?

The ones that I have looked at is ArticleMarketer.com and Isnare.com.

I would be using it for backlinks for my websites but also to get more exposure for my articles and hopefully sone good search engine positions as well.

What are your views and experiences?
