...when people expect stuff to be free online when it wouldn't be free offline.

For example, offline a prospect would ask for a quotation for you to supply a business service.

Online they say you're trying to sap money out of them just for suggesting there's a charge for that service.

I guess it's the nature of the faceless world in which we've chosen to live.
