I received the following email and would appreciate some assistance. This is a first for me and I would like to respond in an appropriate manner. In other words, "like I know what I'm talking about".

I have no idea what to realistically include in a rate card, how to structure it or how to calculate pricing.

    That wasn't too painful.

    I found this by searching, sample rate card, in google.

    So, someone wants to advertise on one of your sites? That's cool. You
    can figure out a fair price, or a series of prices depending on certain
    factors and create a rate card.

    I imagine a Word doc would suffice.

      Haha! Not painful! It's for an affiliate site and was not anticipating selling ad space on it. I was surprised to have gotten this email!!
