How can this offline method work?

I was emailed a free ebook from a marketer here whose list I am on. It was free and sounded good. I followed the ebook to the letter and found a few problems.
I emailed to see if I could listen to his live classifed ad.
Not going to happen..shocking.
He replied, it was a plr product he bought, so I was to contact who he bought the product from for any questions. Not his ebook, so I can assume he never used the system..

Here is how it works. ..I will just cut and paste from the ebook

(1. Call a local buy here - pay here dealership and ask them if you can send them leads.
(I've included a simple script for this so that you can call them and set up a deal quickly and
easily). Don't worry, this is easy!
2. Buy a domain name. I will explain how to do this in case you don't know...
3. Set up 2 local Skype Numbers or 2 800 numbers. I will get into this in more detail as
well..
4. Place classified ad. I will give you my best converting ones.)


I put in my ad in local paper. Cost me 20

I set up a site a website...Mine is www.911CarFinance.com
It's a cpa offer that pays 18 for a free credit report

The long term goal is to set up a diff site for different city..I.e
OrlandoCarfinance.com, TampaCarFinance.com etc.

Problem is it is totally offline. Person has to look at ad in paper, call ad,
listen to ad, write down www.911CarFinance.com. Assume they have the computer. Follow directions at site..Then assuming the guy does all this
he goes to car lot.. and dealer tells him he has to pull credit anyway.

Also with skype. you are allowed one local number per skype account
So for 4 towns...I would need 8 skype accounts.
The goal of this is to have a local number...not an 800 number.
This might work with an 800 number for all sites

I just put in ad...so I will see how it goes. The only way this might work is Craiglist. But most if not all networks don't accept Cl traffic I think.

Just a little dissapointed when you follow an ebook..assume someone who sent you the ebook is doing the system and find out it is an ebook he bought and not using the system at all.

Any tips on this I would appreciate it.

    Interesting. Hope you share how it works out for you.

    There are lots of ways to promote a site offline, eg imprints on T-shirts, caps, pens, flyers. Online you could connect with people via social media, Twitter, Facebook, make a simple video to share on YouTube, etc. etc. etc.

    You lost me on this one. If you are sending traffic to your site with a CPA offer, where does the Buy Here, Pay Here lead generation come in to play?

    Are you getting your leads to fill out there info first on your lead capture page and then offering those as leads to the car dealer or are you just bypassing the car dealer aspect and sending traffic to the CPA offer?

    I am a little confused, however the whole concept seems pretty interesting and is definitely out of the box thinking.

    Diid you say that you are pasting this irectly from the ebook?

    Probably shouldnt be doing thatttt :rolleyes:

      I bought the product mentioned and though I haven't used it yet, it seems like it would work and it was from some very credible marketers.

      The info here does not seem to be copied from their ebook but even still, it isn't so good to tell almost their entire system here.

    I got the ebook for free and he said I could give it away for free or buy rights myself...like he did. No...I won't give it away. I can't get it to work.
    Thats my point...Many I.M. marketers don't expect you to take action anyway.

    This is how the system works

    Place ad in classifeds..calls number on site. Visits site



    Person follows instruction on site

    Calls second number at site

    Tells him a dealer name and number
    ..that has financing for him...
    but he needs credit report
    I have called a dealer to tell him I have leads for him

    I think this would work on CL...it's a little bhat.
    Not sure I would go that way.

    Put up car for sale on cl
    when they email, email back...sorry sold
    but I got a car this way...visit this site.
