Flippa countries supported?

I can't put my site on auction before it's verified by a phone, but I tried entering my phone number 3-4 times, still did not receive any call. Is my country supported , I Live in Libya (But I am Croatian).
My friend says it's not, but I was wondering if it's not, what's my choice?

    There is a simple and fast solution to this : Get a Skype phone number. I used this and I got 1 Trust point. The Skype phone number is a California number, although I live in Romania.

    If Nigeria is supported then Libya will definitely be supported.

    I don't k now why, but I received no phone calls, but now it tells me I've reached the limit of phone calls for the last 18 months.

      You another phone number if you have more than one or have someone within your country or wherever help you

    I've been crazy trying to fix this problem so I've entered my phone number about 5times (the limit) so it says you've entered the max limit for 18 months...
    Once it's fixed... I will try with another phone.

    Yeah, I have more than one account but you will still have problems with the phone thing except u have more than 1 number.
