...I need ideas. I'm a professional videographer by trade and have the tools and skills to create and edit videos for sites like youtube or sales pages. I want to provide some sort of WSO that can utilize my service, but I'm not sure what kind of videos internet marketers are interested in. Looking for ideas. Mike |

video marketing is becoming a HUGE method of generating traffic. Now to mention videos for sales pages and squeeze pages. Look at most of the big dogs pages and they usually have some sort of video option on the page. You could easily utilize this very forum as an unlimited source of traffic to your services if you took advantage of those tools and skills. The first idea that comes to my mind is learning some sales copy or paying someone to write it for you. Writing up a sales page in the wso services section and selling your service as a videographer. You could also create an ebook teaching people to create videos. or you could start a membership site doing the same thing. you can start a list..the possibilities are endless with your talents..

I don't want the sample video to seem like it's an advertisement for my service. But I would like to post one at least to see if it's something warriors would be interested in. If so, then I could make a WSO for them. Mike | |

Posting a video here could be seen as self promotional and get your thread deleted. What you'll need to do is what everybody else does...research. Find out what video services people are looking for starting with keyword research, Then simply go to forums and ask members what video services they would be interested in. If I didn't create my own videos, which I do, I would want videos tailor made to the niche I was promoting, complete with embedded affiliate links to the product I was selling. The video would have to be part educational and part promotional. I'd want it to give enough information to not come off as a direct sales pitch. Of course this is just my personal preference. Other marketers might want a straight sales pitch. Custom made videos should cost more. But maybe you could also include generic videos for the more popular niches that marketers could use for their sites. They of course would have to include their own sales links outside of the videos themselves. These videos would be much cheaper of course. But the first thing I would do is keyword research to see how much of a demand there is for this service. There may not be enough to justify getting into the business OR the competition may be so stiff that getting any share of the market could be tough. Before you jump into this, you're going to have to do a TON of research because way too many business models fail before they even start because the research wasn't done or wasn't done sufficiently enough. |

A lot of good ideas here... I would highly recommend you focus on one specific niche. Find a targeted audience, and focus your efforts in that one area. You don't want to be doing too many things at once... failing at all.
