I would like to submit myself for this opportunity. I have been trying to join the war room for quite some time now but sadly I have been unable to have the extra 37 dollars to sign up. I know that it would benefit me greatly.

I am not sure what exactly I need to say in order to show that I am qualified but if you could respond with what you want to hear then I would gladly tell you.

Sorry guys, only PayPal for this one. The first five (5) Warriors who qualifies gets the $37 (it will actually be $39 because when the PayPal fees hit, I want you to have enough to pay for your War Room membership!).

That's a great thing you're doing, good job.

Only thing I would suggest is, you should probably figure out a way to buy the membership FOR your 5 Warriors, rather than sending them the $37 by PayPal.

Since your intention is for those 5 Warriors to become members of the War Room, that is exactly what you should give them, otherwise you're just offering $37 cash to five people, and you don't know if it'll really be used to sign up for the membership that you want them to benefit from.

It has been done before on this forum, where War Room memberships were given away, and the person giving the memberships away worked with the helpdesk to upgrade the user accounts, instead of sending those users the cash.

Of course, it's just a suggestion, completely up to you, hope that makes sense!

Thanks for the suggestion. I was aware that I could do it that way. However, part of being successful is also keeping promises. If a person from this forum says, "Yes, if I get the $37, I will do xyz..." I need to trust them.

They need to trust themselves. If they go out and buy a beer and then go to Fat Burger instead of buying a membership, the loss is theirs and they will probably fail in their IM careers because they cannot stay true to themselves.

Besides, while I uderstand President Regan was correct when he said "Trust but verify," I'd like to believe that we have a higher quality of person in our forums than in most. Trust people here until they give you a reason to not trust them...then beat them like a pinata. LOL

It's probably not so much as losing $37, because you
know you can get it back. The question is can the
person who has an opportunity seize it for themselves
and make a difference.

I will be taken the same approach soon enough because

Was this from one website or like 100 websites on all sorts of stuff on them?

Hosting can kill profits if the website can't pay for the hosting costs each month.

I pay $107 for 12 months of hosting. Already paid the bill this month and I will not have to pay again until January 2011. My hosting plan is for unlimited sites, unlimited bandwith.

Besides, as I have explained in other posts, I am very cheap :p and I do not like to pay a lot of money to make money. When I had 1 website, I paid $107 to host it for a year, now that I have many many more, I pay the same amount.

But you make a good point for other newbies: Remember what you have spent to make money -- and subtract that from your profits!

My expenses now are NEVER more than 5 - 10% of monthly revenue (it does fluctuate depending on if I am starting something new that month which requires me to purchase additional resources for that project).

Please, that is too much. I am nobody's hero...in fact, I am a very unlikable guy.

I really encourage all the successful on here to sponsor at least ONE War Room membership to somebody or take at least ONE newbie under your wing and teach that person to make money.

You know, even if the successful IM on this site took on a few students each, it would still be possible to make money for your students AND make money for yourselves too. Afterall, make a little money for a newbie and past some of your Adsense code on one of the sites you helped them put up. Whatever.

Community starts with offering a helping hand. After all, we all had are first day in school. The seniors should help the freshman out (if they are worthy!)...
