Is there anyone here who's making at least $2000/month completely online?

If so, can you talk a little about what you do? You don't need to tell us exactly what your business model is, just tell us what you're willing to share in a nutshell or tell us how it feels like to earn your living on the web, the things you're able to do, your plans for the future, etc..You can also provide some advice for the newbies if you want.

    Yes sure.

What we do? We're doing a blend of adsense, affiliate sales, CPA, our own online products, and membership sites.

Plans for the future? Scale up, more more towards passive income, less active involvement.

Advice for newbies? This is a career, not a get-rich-quick scheme. This is not a race, education and experience are some key ingredients. Settle in for a steep learning curve, be persistent, and be prepared to make many mistakes along the way. Be ready to invest in yourself and advertising.

It's hard work, so keep your goals and ambitions in mind so that you remain motivated.

Good luck and have some fun!

So, you want to sell me another way to easily make "X" dollars in "X" days? ROFL too funny! IM success requires hard work and lots of time. Most newbies do not survive the steep learning curve. Anyone who says otherwise is probably selling you a fantasy.

Last month I grossed about $4300 in Sales, and about $2900 in profit. This month I hope to double that.

Originally I was promoting a paid membership site. But then I harnessed all the lessons I learned from the online school of hard knocks and Warrior Forum, and started doing website promotion. Basically I'm following a lot of the same techniques I used for promoting my own sites.

Advice? Sure... Educate yourself here, there's thousands and thousands of wonderful threads here. Ask questions & participate here on the forum.

Don't bite off more than you can chew. There are 100's of ways warriors are making money. Try to master ONE method at a time, multiple streams of income are wonderful, but you have to get make money with them before it's worth it.

Keep yourself motivated, Be patient and Pay it forward. Good luck!

  • What We're Doing

Providing investment/business, offline and online/SEO/SE marketing, manpower recruitment/outsourcing/training/management planning, strategy development and implementation consultancy services as well as selling relevant service plans packaged as products since Sept 2006.

    Future Plans

Market franchise teams of highly skilled offshore employees who are all trained, managed and have access to our proprietary tools, systems, strategies/techniques and methods most effective for online/SEO/SE marketing campaigns in terms of target traffic generation, SE ranking and PR improvement, viral marketing development, etc. etc. etc. (ultimately for sales margin increase).

    Advice

    1) Select profitable niche (should have large target market volume with highest possible buying power and most immediate needs to satisfy target market demands at the fastest possible time).

    2) Identify demand.

    3) Determine market volume.

    4) Gauge competitiveness.

    5) Gather target market data.

    6) Study existing products/services targeting relevant market trends.

    7) Innovate to develop products/services with unique selling proposition and new or more benefits/advantages for target market compared to existing competitor products/services.

    8) Hire offshore employees to train and work with them to develop products/services then market it.

    9) Hire offshore employees to provide world-class customer support.

    10) Assign offshore customer employees to constantly learn the needs/demands of your target market then send the data to you.

    11) Monitor emerging market trends or changes.

    12) Add new (non-product/service selling campaigns) methods to earn from your efforts (CPC/CPM/CPA/affiliate marketing/etc.).

    13) Hire then train an offshore employee to properly do tasks under numbers 2 to 12 which you've been doing yourself for this person to properly do those things for you.

    14) Identify new profitable niche then do steps 2 to 13.

    15) Accept this for a fact: success in any industry requires a hellotta work = time investment + business and marketing strat planning and implementation + employee training/management/supervision + innovation + people skills.

Personally, I think seeking advice from a $2,000 a month type of person is limiting yourself. Someone making $2,000 a month online is a person with much different strategies, personnel resources, and money & time budget than someone making $10,000 a month online.

But, you'll find not much of a difference between someone making $2,000 a month online and someone making $500 a month online. That might sound a little Buggs Bunny like, but it's what I've found to be true.

Conversely, those making $20,000, $40,000 or $50,000 a month online or more are in a class of their own.

I think most people on this forum are making at least $2000 a month, I'd say a fair few are making that a week.

    But here's what I do..

    Product creation all the way.

Find a hot niche, create an above average product, sell it at a price that's very hard to refuse.

There is certainly something to be said for owning your own products. It's like building your own online empire. You can keep the products and grow your passive income, recruit affiliates, JV's, or even sell the products/site for lump sums of cash in your pocket.

My primary source of online income comes from product creation and promotion, and I like it much better than solely being an affiliate or promoting the latest and the greatest thing out there, because I'm in control of my own destiny. I don't have to depend on someone else to pay me for my efforts.

You should buy some WSOs, learn, take action and start making $100-$200 first. It seems that you find it hard to believe that internet has so much opportunity.

I have been full time Internet Marketing since 2007 and have had many $10K+ months.
You need a product that is in high demand, a solid sales funnel and you must learn to dominate all aspects of Internet Marketing. Google Adwords, Article and Video Marketing, Social Media, Blogging and much more. Once you learn those mentioned and others you can write your ticket for life with Internet Marketing.
I don't mean to make it sound too easy, it does take hard work and it also has much to do with your mindset.

$2,000 per month is easy once you TAKE ACTION. I sat on the sidelines making a piddly side income for over a decade before I stepped back and realized that I knew exactly how to make a lot of money on the internet, but had consistently failed to TAKE ACTION towards doing so.

The point is, learn what you need to learn but don't sit by waiting to know everything. Get a site up, sell something. Develop that site and/or start something else, just TAKE ACTION and keep TAKING ACTION and you'll be astounded how quickly you'll start having $2,000 days.

My company did $608,000 last month. That's a bit more than $2,000.

We sell mostly information products and supplements. We are always open to selling anything that has a high profit margin though. It just happens that information products and supplements both have high profit margins.

I do have to admit that it does not take reading through too many WSO offers to feel like there are either a lot of people making incredible amounts of money online and offline, or a lot of smoke and mirrors going on.

Take all income claims with a huge grain of salt, OP. Especially the really high ones. People who are really earning anything like 7 figures don't reply with specific numbers to threads on a public forum with titles about people making $2K/month. It's hilarious and I'm glad when the pretenders do such things, but you just have to chuckle, then pity them, then ignore everything they say. Think about it. No, really. THINK about it. Would someone doing $7 million or $8 million - or even "just" $1 million - in sales a year be here giving you specific amounts in reply to your "who's making $2K/month" thread?

I would ergo yes... At least one person would.

BTW, I happen to have first hand knowledge that a billionaire once visited the Warrior forum and answered precisely 22 questions anonymously.

It caused quite a stir of people rejecting all of the advice he gave and saying that he was a phoney.

I heard the story from the billionaire himself.

        Yes and growing steadily.

I tried all sorts of ventures and being a retail business you have your ups and downs and income flow is just not reliable when you are supporting a family.

I still sell "one time sales" but what allows me to sleep at night is a steady flow of income from monthly subscriptions, automatic 'recurring sales'.

Find a service you could provide every month and start marketing. Our niche is webmaster services/tools.

I believe anyone can earn at least 2k online, simply by offering services (whether that's writing, website design, blog creation... anything). Use that as a platform for your future business and you'll be off to a great start. This is what I've done and what I'm really interested in is how much passive income I can eventually earn.

      Echo that.

Earn some money by offering services and once you have a good capital, then invest in what you can do best. Then rinse ..repeat. You should be earning about 2k per month by now.

Be ready to invest some of the profit back in to the business if you wanna move out of the 2k mark and upwards.

I'm just under the 2k, but all money is reinvested in business, I don't go shopping or pay bills with that money.

I am probably not as hard-working or marketing savvy as most on here. I find buying websites a much easier route to success and most money is made from purchased sites.

However I do make a little from enterprises I have set up from scratch.

Why people are talking about $2000 as a piece of cake??

      It's not...

I spent months to reach half of this income level, and months to hit $2000/month level..

It takes hard and long work..
      Is it doable?

      Definitely

      Is it easy?

      Nooo...
But once you reached this level, it'll be much easier to scale on higher income levels

I used to make 2k a month just writing articles. Just remember, you cannot MAKE $2000 a month, you have to EARN $2,000 each month. I think it is a big difference, and that phrasing is why a lot of people think it doesn't take work. If you pick one method of IM and follow it to the letter3 hours a day 5 days a week for a month, it would be very difficult for you to not make at least 1,000 in the first month, and it would only go up from there.

@Zeus66 - I made 4.3 million dollars last month with constant content :-p

Earning 2,000 a month is easy, as long as you actually do the work. I don't consider writing articles or submitting them hard work, nor do I consider keyword research hard work. Don't get me wrong, the more you grow, the more skills you will need... but the majority of the work involved in this business is more tedious than difficult. If anyone followed the advice of all of the books they bought they'd make it comfortable in 3 months.

Just went self employed this year and I have to say I'm loving it :-)
