Help My Web Pages Has Super Large Fonts Using Internet Explorer 8

I don't know what caused it but every time I view a html page offline & online it is displayed in extra
large fonts & I can't hardly view the page.

I've reset IE 8 back to the default settings in tools-internet options
and it's still like that.

    1) Go to View menu on top
    2) Go to Text Size and select "medium"

    Is it just on explorer? or are you looking at a certain site? Also are you on a laptop or desktop. Mouse or touch pad in other words?

    press CTRL plus + to make larger, or CTRL plus - to make smaller

    or go to:
    Control Panel -> display

    and change settings via there, at least that's for Win 7, what OS are you using?

    It's with html pages I'm on a pc & right now I'm using firefox & there fine.

    IE 8 is my default browser & every time I view a html page either
    online or offline on my pc their large.

    I was able to get it some what back to normal by using CTRL- but the fonts
    don't look right.

    Has anyone reinstalled IE 8 with roboform is it hard to get everything back
    to normal & reinstall it back into IE 8 I'm going to backup everything 1st.

    With IE 8 should I uninstall it 1st or install it over itself again I've tried resting
    everything back to the defaults & nothing looks like it was.
