Have you ever paid $97+ for a WSO?

I've sold $497, my friend sold a bunch at $197.

I've seen $997.

Depends on your model. I'm working on a gnarly WSO that goes into pricing, sales triggers, and a ton of other things. I also logged the last years worth of WSO's on a spreadsheet and looked at why some do better than others.

And yes in looking at that, there are a lot in that lower range. It has a lot to do with some specific calculations.

The higher priced stuff tends to be service based, or limited quantity.

I've also purchased something around $97, but again it was a service based item.

Those are easier to command higher price points because most people recognize the supply limits on talented labor, and will pay for it. Conversely most are savvy enough to recognize that the info stuff has almost no overhead and thus it takes some serious status, or copywriting to get er done.

I've paid more than $97 for WSOs in the past and have been VERY happy with the products.

I've never bought a bad WSO before, no matter what the cost they've always provided more value than the price I paid.

If you can make the product worth more than the $97, if it has some really good content, then people will be happy to spend the $97. I would live to see more $97 wso's.

To the above poster, those are exactly my sentiments too. So much information seems to be available for free anyways.

It really does depend on what's on offer. I just ran a successful WSO for a coaching program and it sold out in a few days at $127 per order. But that's for something more involved than an ebook or video course. I usually charge under $15 for those because once you've created it you're done. You get the occasional question, of course, but you basically can walk away. I wouldn't sell it to the general public that inexpensively, but a WSO should be a SPECIAL Offer. Know what I mean?

I also think price (even in a WSO) has a lot to do with the author. If you've been a member here all of 2 weeks and no one knows you yet, good luck selling your $97 WSO. But that same person a year later who has participated and consistently added posts of real value here can probably sell that exact same product for $97 and do very well.

i haven't YET but as i become more educated and familiar with all the members i'm gaining confidence in the offers. i'll spend $97 or more here waaayyy before an e-mail or ad now. The make-up of this forum holds the vendors far more accountable than anything on the net. You get a bad rap in here and your business will reflect it.

Here is my 1,000 post and I would like to make it a meaningful one that might help other Warriors. Thank you to all Warriors for the many things that I have learned.

My first answer is ... What is the value?

Yes, I have purchased many services for $97 and more offered on this forum.

A WSO at that price would have to have a well respected and established Warrior author to be successful.

In a subject that I needed help with and believed there was a solid chance that I could make a reasonable profit in the near future.

There are so many things that one could weigh ... before pressing the Buy Button.

Each of us might have different priorities in creating that list, before we would be able weigh the Pros and Cons ... sort of like the Scales of Justice to make our decision.


Example-1 ... A car sold for $1,000 is usually a piece of junk that almost needs your mechanic riding along in the back seat ... but not always.

Example-2 ... A car sold for $80,000+ is usually a very nice ride that should give you no trouble ... but not always.

My last answer is to look for value, before purchasing anything ... I would like to see more WSOs here that are of a real solid value.

Yes, several times and up to $500 or so for one which springs to mind, which was a developer license for a tool which I still use every day. It has been well worth the money for me, but there again so has a little app which I use all the time and cost me all of $9. It does a whole lot less, but it still does something that I need and justifies the price I paid for it. To me anything is worth it if it can recoup it's own costs and then some, whether that's in cash or indirectly in freeing up time so that I can use it to do something more profitable.

That's something a lot of people tend to forget - the 'time' factor, which is a cost too. They'll see a WSO for $17 or so that promises to put $100 dollars a day into their PayPal accounts and think 'great' because it's well within their budget, but they'll gloss over asking themselves if they can afford to invest the necessary time as well and will come across the product lying around on their hard drive months later and brand it a failure. It's not just about the money - to help avoid disappointment and wastage, you have to ask yourself whether you can afford to put in the hours too.

Yes... I have. One was $197 and I bought it and was happy. It all depends of course on what is being offered.

Yes I've paid over $97 for a WSO and was very pleased with the value I got. It was for a salesletter and was a steal in my opinion.

So in answer to your question, people definitely are purchasing WSO's in the $97 and over bracket.

Although I amfairly new here I have paid $97 for wso. Depending on the quality and value of the product/service you get I would pay any amount.
