Post Icons - Yes Or No?

At first I was against post icons but now that the forum is going and I look at rooms like Mind Warriors for example, post icons seems to make seeing thread titles easier for some reason.

Should I activate them in here also?

I'll definitely get them redesigned - the current ones are not very Warrior like to say the least, but they do seem to make things easier to see.

Either that or I'm getting old already... :-)

I myself don't think they are needed,

and for that reason, shouldn't be activated here

    or anywhere else.

    But then again,

You are the Big Boss around here.

PS: That is my opinion you Old Fart.

I vote no. Just another Hey Look at My Post gizmo IMO.

I voted yes, just because they do make it a little easier to see the different threads. Although the standard icons are a bit cheesy - that would be great if we had custom Warrior icons for the posts.

After looking the at the Mind Warriors forum, I'm convinced they really don't add anything as they're overused.

I say no, the icons selected barely relate to, or add anything to the topic being discussed.

          Kindest regards,
          Karl.

I go for no. They get confusing or maybe it's just me not being used to them....

I had to vote no because the vast majority of the time they are not even relevant to the post and do not really help in making any addition to the posts themselves. There are plenty of programs that allow people to increase or decrease font sizes if they have difficulty reading anything.

    Just my two cents

    I say no.
It doesn't really add an important benefit.
Like going from a straight drive to an automatic, it adds more that could go wrong, (software wise).
