  Would have recommended Fiverr as well but after having listened to Scott's sample, I'm sold (though you'll certainly get it cheaper at fiverr). Your choice really depends on the quality you're looking for.

  Do it yourself. Why would you purposefully do something where you give away your credibility in an instant?
  
  Your product might as well be PLR if someone else is going to do a voiceover.

  tip fivver.com will do it for 5 bucks
  have a look at article video robot.com do 7 day trial and then works out under a buck per video, sounds is a bit cheesy I think.

You could maybe try a site like elance and seeing if you can find someone on there to outsource this too!
