JV help?

I want to build my list..I have a report for sale that will get attention. If I can sell it for $10-$25 how would I get help from a JV to use his list and drive traffic to my product?? He could have all the commissions. Will this work? Thanks for your opinion.

    Getting a JV with list owners is not quite as easy as having a report.
