Noob - Introduction

Hey all,

I'm new to this forum and hoping that it will be a great place to network.

I'm an experienced internet marketer and have spent the last couple of months putting together an infrastructure for affiliate marketing, ppa, lead generation networks.

My problem is I'm having a hard time... ummm... kicking off I guess.

So I'm hoping that someone here can lend a kind hand.

Here's what I'm interested in:
  1. A step by step on a single program that brings in approx $1,000
  2. Some insight on how to leverage this from a single offer upwards
  3. Insight on traffic acquisition - PPC versus Search vs social bookmarkeing etc.
  4. Someone I can ask stupid questions
What I don't want:
  1. To buy an ebook
  2. To sign up for a paid site
  3. to buy software or sign up for any trials
Not trying to be difficult here but I've bought ebooks and software and signed up for tutorial sites and they've made me a bit cynical.

Just want a good connection - straight shooters. I'm one too and will both pass on the good Karma and payback.

      I guess I wasn't clear about "don't want" point # 3.

      I'll sign up for anything ONCE I make some money, so help me make some money and I'll follow your links all day every day. Until then, looking for my first $1k.

    You can get some really great information from people, I mean if you look at it everything gives you some tips, you just have to look for it.

    A lot of the ebooks I have recently gotten are all free, give them a junk email and get the ebook. And use this forum which you've already taken the first step!

    Hi, welcome to the warrior forum, just got to tell you that anything you need or want you can get it from the warrior forum. The warrior forum is a community that will help you if you're really serious about joining. You said that you are interested in step by step on a single program that brings in approx $1,000 and Insight on traffic acquisition - PPC versus Search vs social bookmarking etc. And you need someone that can answer your questions well my friend this is the place to be!

    Think of the War Room as an investment for your business.

    It ticks all the boxes of the things you do want.

    No matter what you do in life or in business there will always be compromises - learning that in itself is a valuable lesson.

    More often than not you gotta spend money to make money. If it was as simple case of someone giving or doing all the work for you, everyone would be doing it.

    How about this..

    Instead of getting more ebooks, sites and systems, put what you already know into action. Building a strong, long-term business can take longer than a couple of months, depending on your model.

    And specifically Louise... You're obviously an excellent marketer (no sarcasm). I'll look at War Room.

    OK, so then here's what I'd like to ask...

    I have a bunch of sites, and all are built in Drupal, there are sites with pretty specific audiences - foodie, cooking schools, music, internet marketing.

    They're all registered with the engines using sitemaps

    I have adsense accounts, I have RSS feeds, I have ad serving software and a ton of approved advertisers with CJ, Azoogle, Neverblue, etc etc.

    So, can someone give me advice on a next step? Waiting for the traffic to come pouring in is getting me antsy.

    So here are my ideas...

    1) Adwords, Yahoo Ads, Bing etc... Spend a few bucks to bring people to the sites and hope they click on something
    2) Buy traffic from someone like bettervisitors
    3) Offer my body and soul as part of a JV where i'm supplying technical and sitebuilding work and access to my 1K domains and tools

    Ideas thoughts?
