How to Get A Great Workout at Your IM Desk

by 3 comments
Hello Warriors,

I realize how many hours can slip by - without you even realizing it, whilst you're sat at your desk working. Do you sense that your level of fitness is slowly slipping away? Do you have aches and pains in your neck, shoulders, back etc. that never seem to go away? I am a qualified Personal Trainer and I would like to help. If I wrote a fitness program you can do at your desk to overcome some of the aches and pains, and to improve your level of fitness, would you be interested? No, I won't charge you a single penny. Just write down your ailments in this thread and I will write a program especially for you and post it right here.

I shall look forward to helping YOU get fit!

I think it would be a great idea and not just for Internet Marketers, even for the "big guys" at the top office who spends hours and hours in front of the computer tweaking their business campaigns and ideas.

    Umm yeah, great idea! =)

I think it's a good idea. In fact, it's been done:

Get Fit While You Sit (not my affiliate link)

This site has been around for a while. I can't remember for sure, but I think it's a friend of someone like Yanik?

I actually have (had?) a copy of this as I do a fair amount of affiliate marketing in the health/fitness niche. Sorry I can't remember how the product was. It made a pretty big splash when it was first released, but haven't heard anything about it in a while.

Not saying you shouldn't pursue this, just some information you might be able to use to help you decide if/how/what to offer.

    Good luck, either way.

Be well, live well, die last,

    Hi Allen,

Thanks for your contribution to this thread. And I'm taking a look at the link! At the minute, I'm not planning to put out a product, I just want to help a few people on a one-on-one basis - in this forum, and see where that leads. Rather than have people go read a report, I find the idea of sorting out individual problems relating to health and fitness "at your desk" rather refreshing. I'd want to get the questions in and then dish out the solutions to the problem... and then of course, monitor the progress of the individual and perhaps get some testimonials from them.

Shortly, I will begin to post short workout articles you can do at your desk in this thread.

    Thanks again,

There is a fine line between being respectful and offensive to one's point of view and in advertisement it can either lead to effective marketing or a lot of trouble. As they say that one man's controversial idea is another man's offensive idea. Sometimes resorting to provocative campaigns are totally worthwhile if they help you to increase your sales and establish a sustainable brand name in the market. But does that only work for big corporations like Apple, Coca-cola to take risks like these? Can small brands or startups consider such tactics for their advertisement plan as well without destroying their amateur brand legacy? These intriguing questions always pop up in my mind and I think that whether is it a good idea to create advertisements that are beautiful and genuine to attract customers which has a greater possibility of going flat with minimum response from the market or to go for calculated controversial ad campaign against your competitor to gain a lot of public attention?

Hi, I'm quite new on internet marketing and I decided to start writing lots of articles related with psychology/personal development tips niche (non-published). However, after writing 40-50 articles I started to read a lot of niche sites and I'm a little confused that probably my articles are getting too broad for this niche. Since I didn't target it for a specific mental health pathology I believe that I went too broad and will be very hard to monetize. I would appreciate any suggestions
