A simple wordpress confusion

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey warriors recently i tried to redirect my domain to subdirectory but wordpress was showing broken interface. Then a nice warrior here suggested me to edit the url in mysql in wp-option.

This worked completely fine for the homepage but the problem now i am facing is when i click on internal pages it shows no page found. Because the internal pages are linking to domain/subdirectory/aboutme. BUt the domain has been redirected.:confused:

To prevent this kind of stuff from happening,
I use WordPress › Redirection WordPress Plugins to redirect
stuff. It's real easy to use and does not
create as much confusion as editing a MySQL database.

you can also google the problem to see if any body has such a problem and you can get the solution from search engine.i hope this helps

It might be a permalink problem. Go into Settings > Permalinks. Copy the current setting and then change it the default setting and save it. Then change it back to what it was and save it. If that doesn't work, try Deans Permalink Migration plugin.

  In the left column, about 2/3 of the way down, you'll find a search box.
  
  In the right column. you'll find a list of the sub forums. Each of those also has a search function.
