New: Paypal Without A Credit Card!

Today I found out about a new Paypal feature called "Top Up Account". (It's under "My Account").

It gives you the banking details where you can send a payment to transfer money to your Paypal account.

I don't want to say this will increase your sales. But just imagine the power of internet now: people can buy your stuff even if they don't have a credit card. They just buy automatically through Paypal, without you even knowing they don't even have a credit card.

Wow thats very nice piece of information, however they will need to set up an account to paypal if they dont have one.

They just go online and sign up for Paypal. Then put some money to it from their bank. Easy.

I believe this feature was USA-only until now? Milan doesn't seem to be based there, so it's a new feature for him. I should login to my own account to see if this is the case

True! I had no idea about this until today and couldn't use it until today.

Yeah and I'm sure that PayPal will find some way to get their piece of that pie. Perhaps by randomly locking more accounts for 6 months and collecting interest? Kinda their MO anyway.....

I read somewhere that they are not allowed to collect interest on money in locked accounts. Not sure if this is true but I do remember seeing it somewhere in the past.
