Default Am new to Im and have a quick question

Hi everyone,

Am new to internet marketing. I have decided to start with affiliate marketing.

My question is, what happens if I went to google keyword search and typed in a phrase and it says not enough data but in the search it seems to have a lot of searches?

Do I use it in my content or leave it?

Thanks

I'm not an expert but if I understand your question when you do a google search you see the phase. If the keyword tool said no data then there is not many search for it.If you look at the front page on google and don't see in ads on the right then there's not money in the phase. I hope this helped

I congratulate you for taking the challenge in becoming an online entrepreneur!
I have started my own business since 1996 and discover Internet Marketing a few
years ago. I am sure you have very noble reasons to start your own business, and the
warrior forum is really the one place you could get the help you need.

To get back to your question, I have to say that I am not an expert on google, but from
a business stand point, this is not where you should start if you don't know what you are
doing. I am all for learning, but if you could avoid loosing your shirt in the process it is
much better.

There is only one place I know that will provide the training support and guidance you need
to get your business of the ground: PIPS. PIPS stand for Plug-In Profit Site.

There is a special place on this forum dedicated just for the member of that system
created by one one the greatest Internet Marketer you will ever come acrross online:
His name is Stone Evans, just look for <<Plug-In Profit Site Support Forum>>.

There you will meet the people who can really show you the proper way to get started,
just like they did for me and for thousands of othe people.

If you need help with more aspects of setting up your business, I am more than willing to
share my experiences with you and If I could help point in the right direction I would have
fullfill part of my committment to give back as I have receive so much already from people

Thanks for the reply.

There are like 2 to 5 ads on the right. So does that mean I should leave the phrase?

Thanks

You have made a right decision to chose online marketing and believe me that this is the only way to start a business if you don't have any budget so online business is the most priority than offline business and affiliate marketing is awesome. You will be surprised when you get your first sales through online.

You have asked that if you search a keyword in google keyword tool and there is not competition and there is no search volume I believe that I will not pick that keyword because the simple reason is that there is no competition and there is no search so that means I am wasting my time if I am doing SEO or even PPC.

I will go for a keyword which has high competition and medium search volume and remember that there are many keyword that even guru's does not know about it, our job is to dig into dig into that keyword which are gold mind regarding anything whether it is SEO or PPC.

If you are doing seo thing with blog or article marketing than pick a keyword which you believe that will rank and you will get sales from it. Remember that you are writing for customer not for ranking if you article is 100% unique and shows some value to customer than it will get ranked by Google and it will remain all the time.

I hope my advice is not to long to read by reality is internet marketing is not easy but it is simple. Just understand and apply and choice the right product to market, select a affiliate product in which you are expert, people likes expert and people believe with expert.

Thanks
Alam

Lulu
Highgeartraffic makes a great point. You need to learn before you get to far a long. I don't know about the program he's talking about but check it out.I have been at this for almost a year and there is so much to learn. When you do research for a keyword you have to judge your competition along with the searches. If you are trying to rank for a phase that has high pr and backlinks and your sight is new you will be spinning your wheels.I've learned this the hard way. Like I said I'm by far not an expert buy after working on IM for this long I know that I need to find a good mentor to help me improve and move forward. If you are just starting out take the time to learn and ask questions there are a lot of people in here that will help.
I hope this helps you a little

Hi Lulu,

Congrats on venturing into the Internet Marketing world. It's really a fun place to be in.

For your keyword concerns,

I will have to agree with Alamest that if there's no competition and no search volume then why enter into the market? It's like, you will want to sell meat in a town of vegetarians...haha..

Here's a tip for you Lulu:

If you want to launch a product or website and want to appear on the first page of google, with a keyword, that will be difficult because competition level is high.

Focus on long-tail keywords because long-tail keywords will immediately tell you what exactly your prospective customers are looking for. Long-tail keywords will also mean that it will be better for you to focus on a niche market, then your buyers are more targeted and you will stand a higher chance of appearing on the front page of google.
