Need help with Product IM on local market

This is a great forum for newbie like myself to start on IM.

In fact I used to be very (and only) active on eBay selling our products with my partners. After some changes in eBay, we have setup a number of websites and had hired a SEO company, a PPC consultant and a few link building SEO services to bring them up and running. The result? I would say pretty okay - we are making money but with the SEO consulting fees and/or PPC cost, we are not any better in eBay in terms of product margin.

But anyway, I have to focus in bringing up a specific product range (oil painting / wall painting related) that is targeting on a local market. I think it is time for me to pick up more skills so that we know what to do to market our website well in local market, and we know what to outsource (e.g. link building). Most important, we got to know what is our priority.

I wonder if anyone could provide SEO consultancy service to us. We need to know what to do (and the priority) in order for our website to rank well in the local market.

If any experts think that you have some time to spare, please kindly let me know. We don't expect knowledge to come free - but at least we got to have to start gaining it so that we could apply it on other local websites / products as well.

By the way, please allow me to highlight that
- We will need an consultant to take a look at our site, and give us some advice on what to focus right now to grow the site further on local internet market
- We will probably have some questions to ask as well
- We have Google analytics in place, and we have done some basic (not organized) SEO on the website to achieve 400 visits (25%) from Search Enginee
- I have intentionally mentioned a few times on "local" - as we have no intention to market this product internationally (due to the product weight)

Any recommendation for us?
