Hey gang, is anyone aware of a script / software that will allow me to monitor sales or opt-in conversions?

Google Analytics will track conversions and sales from adwords. I also use Google website optimizer to split test and track opt-ins.

There are are probably other scripts which will work but they do the best for my style of advertising and tracking.
