What do you recommend for streaming video?

I have a request for video that needs to be streamed from a client. First off, I know little to nothing when it comes to video, but this is a huge account and I want to be accomidating.

What would you recommend? I assume some sort of streaming hosting service? If so, which one would you recommend?

Or any other insights. I am not sure of the file sizes or anything, waiting to get that soon.

    I have been using Amazon S3 and longtailvidoe
    for a very long time. They are the best combo you
    can find.

    Hi Keith - not sure if you've found a solution now. For quite a long while I was using Amazon S3 & a flv streaming Wordpress plugin...but sometimes there were some issues with playback.

    I'm still using S3 for storage, but now I have an account with EZS3.com which means it's 10x quicker in terms of getting my video displayed...plus I can play videos on *any* site, not just wordpress CMS's.

    PM if you still need any help with this (only just seen your question, so maybe you've found a solution by now).

    I host my videos (and everything else that might be downloaded by my visitors) on Amazon S3. I use FLV Producer to convert and play my videos. It all works very well for me.

      I"d check out Vimeo... SUPER high quality and free. It's one of the main sites we submit to.

      By the way - I'm going to be giving away a free video mini-marketing course (basically just answering a bunch of questions and walking people through stuff ) sometime in the next week when I get it completed. It's normally "opt in" but obviously I'll toss it your way if you pm me. It might answer some of your questions or give you ideas.
