URL and Anchor Texts? Help

Thanks for all the help from the people who have responded to my last post. I read the SEO quick start 2009 by Dan Thies that one member sent.

I have a few questions.

On my web shop manager I have the following I can edit:
meta key words, meta description, URL, Meta Title, On Page Title and Link Title

I was told to use different meta keywords for each of my web pages. I have about 29 different phrases I came up with that target my customers who are looking to buy a product like mine that I found using Google keywords.

Here are my questions:

1. Do I use keywords in my URL that best fits each page and how many words do you recommend? I was told no more than 5 by a friend

2. Should I use different keywords for each page for the Meta Title and should my On Page Title match my Meta Title?

3. Do I put keywords or phrases in my Link Title and how many and should they be different for each page?

4. How many anchor text do you recommend per web page?

5. Does it matter if the only way you can get to a certain page is through an anchor text. Example: If my anchor text is "superfood" when you click that it goes to page that describes what a superfood is. But the only way you can get to it is by clicking the anchor text. Is the ok for my anchor text keywords or do they need to be in a drop down menu somewhere?

6. Do you reccomend having anchor text on every page and direct them around your site or not?

Sorry for all the questions it just gets confusng sometimes and I want to try and get it right instead of having to redo it everyday
I found a warrior meet up near me but the next meetup is not scheduled yet so please bare with me and my questions.

In short, here's what John Reese had to say.

Treat each keyword like a business in itself.
Dedicate each page to one keyword. (Possibly include a second keyword within the text.
Link your home page to each "child" page and each page to your home page.

    Hope this helps.

    LCombs - good advice.

    Domain: mydiet.com
    Keyword: diet
When you create a page or blog post, the page name should be this:
    mydiet.com/diet-secrets.html

Meta and page title - always incorporate the keyword for that page BUT don't spam it

Anchor text - choose your anchor text wisely and linking to other pages on your site is something Google loves.
    **** Berries and Dieting

If you're really unsure about all of this, it's easy to just hire someone to handle it properly.
