What Is The Best Way To Backup Over 100 Sites?

I currently have 100 plus sites and want to know what is the easiest way to back them up for someone who does not know anything about mysqul or other technical jargon?

I am currently using the back up wordpress plug in; but not sure if that is fool proof?

If anyone knows of a simple way that can help me protect all my hard work; I would definitely appreciate it.

Thanks

If you are lucky enough to have them all hosted under a single hostgator account - they have a backup in the control panel that will back everything up and send you an email with a link to download a few minutes later. I guess many hosts would have a similar feature.

I don't have 100 sites, but I do have almost 20 wordpress blogs. I use this plugin WordPress Database Backup – Il Filosofo to have the backup emailed to me for each site. The interval is adjustable and depends on how frequently I post to a particular one. Some are daily and some are weekly.

It is a set it and forget it solution.

I'd use something like Norton Ghost.....back up the whole thing.

It really depends in which platform are based. If they are based on different platforms then you have a problem . If they are all based on wordpress then wordpress data backup plug in is the best way to go.
