Free software - Edit 100+ pages of your sites in less than a minute

I had created this post earlier, but when i logged back in today it was gone. So, I am posting it again with some changes which I hope will let this post stay.

It's been a long while and I always had problems, adding adsense code or even editing adsense code to hundreds of my site's pages.
And I almost tore my hair out, if I found I had made a mistake in adding the codes. It would mean that I would have to go through hours of frustration again.


I have a few sites, where I am trying to use CPA and check to see which offer to use for my sites and so using this software I can just try out different offers . So, using this software i wont have to spend hours editing the html codes for these offers.

But now, I have created a software which would help me, to change multiples lines of code within hundreds of pages in less than a minute.

Help me to understand what your software does...
Is this a desktop utility or something to be used on the host server?

If you referred to the MS .NET framework... I guess it's a desktop application.

So, let's say I have a website with 256 static html pages, right?
And I have to change a code line in all of them - as in replace the wrong code with the good one. Am I still on the right path?

Why do I need a software for this? I can do it in my perfect PSPad editor.

But maybe I am wrong...

assuming all of the sites had the same code to change, you could automate this using a visual basic macro in cuteFTP

if the sites were built using different cms or templates, then all bets are off, and the best way to update would be manually

Yes, Its a desktop application.
And I actually dont know about PSPad Editor, but usually when I had to change code in hundreds of pages
I had to do it manually and it took hours to do that.

Let me give you an example.
Just today, I replaced the adsense code with a cpa ad and the site is more than a hundred pages.
Before this software, I was going on procrastinating because it would take a hec lot of time.
But with this software I did it all in less than a minute.

And i didnt just change a single line . I changed multiple lines of code.
Most of the other softwares, dont let you replace multiple lines at once. But my software does.

lorenfisher, this software is not about editing code in different sites.
Its about editing code in different pages of one site and I am sure a site doesnt have different templates for each page.
If you just have a 2 page site , then maybe you dont need this software.
But if you have a site with 50, 100 or 200 or even 500 pages then this software will be a boon for you
and you wont have to edit these pages manually.
