Anyone had success with any article submission services?

Hi, there,

I'm just starting to get into article marketing, and I remember a while back running into some article submission service web sites.

Does anyone have any experience with any of these type of services vs just hand-submitting them to a bunch of article directories yourself?

Thanks a lot, everyone, and have a wonderful day,

- Paul

Hey AngelGuy - 1000s of people use articles to drive traffic to their sites every day cos big article sites are given a lot of authority by the big G and other engines.

So heres a great technique you might want to consider...

Go to Scribd.com sign up free, now write an article on your desktop in a Word document (2003 is best) edit with 2 nice relevant images/pics included and heres the trick....you want to use a good keyword tool so you can pick out and concentrate on 1 long tail keyword phrase that has little competition (40k or less competing pages), but has at least 1000 searches/mth

Next use the phrase as your title and then about every 100 words.

Next hyperlink your keyword phrase to your offer - this is called anchor text.

Next use a footer and hyperlink your company name to your offer also

Then upload to Scribd and post. It works a treat and you'll find a steady flow of eyes reading your content and clicking your links.

This is a very brief overview of the technique, so heres a link to the full article which I posted on Scribd. Increased Online Traffic

    All the best

scribd.com is not an article directory and spamming them with articles just to get your backlink will do more harm then good. They are cracking down on these kind of things and have banned many people.

I would suggest not following this advice unless you want to be banned.

Provide good quality information and do not worry about anchor text just to spam your link 4 or 5 times in the same article.

Just my opinion but many have been banned, I have not been banned because I do not spam my links.

        James,

Tried to thank you, however, my thank you button is not working today for some reason, I will personally thank you here

For some reason fewer and fewer marketers even understand what the word spam means...or perhaps they may just have a "convenient" memory.

Thanks Terra ... The problem is many wannabe marketers go running to a site because some ebook told them to and they spam left and right. Just as suggested above in the post is says pretty much to spam scribd.com so they can ruin it for the rest of us that use it properly.

Then people wonder why their facebook, twitter, squidoo accounts have been banned...

My point, so many people use these sites wrong and then pass on the information for others to use it wrong and it hurts all of us that use the sits correct ...

We have been using Articlemarketer, very happy with it, it is perfect for submit to smaller article directories as it would be just too time consuming doing it by hand. We did get over 500 backlinks form it. I think articlemarketer covers about the same article directories as isnare, maybe slightly more.

I do prefer articlemarketer as I think it is more user friendly and they use your real email ( unlike isnare) when submitting to the article directories so you can actually go to the article directories yourself later on and sigh in to your accounts and update your profile and make some changes.

Alot of those auto submitters send you articles to a ton of article directories, but most of them are actually pretty useless. You're probably better off, just submitting to the top ones even it's manually.

    Thanks, NotSoNew,

But what I'm talking about is the services like submityourarticle.com and not necessarily submission SOFTWARE, which, honestly, I haven't tried yet, either!

The best method and easiest for me was to write 5-10 articles/day then submit them to Ezine articles. I got some great results doing that.

You can improve your results buy submitting to other article directories as well.

I've used Submit Your Articles several times and just rejoined for a third time. He has upgraded his site so that he now offers a feature called Article Leverage, which is similar to article spinning.

You enter your article, and when you're ready, go through the Article Leverage to insert alternate paragraphs throughout your article. The system will then alternate your paragraphs to create several similar but different articles. In other words, it will change one Para 1 with one of your alternate Para 1s. It will do the alternating randomly (all para 1s switch, all para 2s switch, all para 3s switch... but randomly so you end up with different articles.)

The articles are then submitted to more than just article directories. They go to other places as well, like groups and I think blogs. He also sends them to sites in your niche, not just generic directories.

The best part is it's all automated. You can schedule your distribution to run anywhere from instant to 30 days or so, which means you can submit a bunch and schedule them to distribute over time to keep your articles on page one of search engine results.

I have been trying Unique Artice Wizard for about a mont now and the results seem promising. Until now I got most of my traffic and links just from submitting to Ezine Articles.

If I'm not wrong than isnare and UAW and all the others have their own network of sites on which they submit the article right? While TheAngelGuy I guess you looking for submission service to submit it to article directories like EZA, GA etc?

The best way to go would be to outsource it
