Help Me With Marketing to the Herd: Back End Email Marketing

Hey there

I dont mean to be redundant, since I posted a post here and got GREAT reponse: Email Marketing Sequences - How do YOU Do it? (thanks everyone).

But -- I just REALLY want to learn back end email marketing and I would love to find a product or a resource to get good at it.

How does it vary from front end "prospect" email marketing?

I realize more of a bond has occurred, but..

Are there any techniques to marketing to my people without doing product launches? I am trying to design everything I do to be hands-off, so I can be on vacation and it can do the marketing on autopilot.

Anyone have any resources for me? Or any samples of their sequences ?
