Default Where can I find a list of eZines for running solo ads targeting the IM niche?

Actually, I have more questions regarding the subject:

1) Where can I find a list of "providers" for running solo ads targeting the IM niche?
2) Do you know Internet Marketers that would run solo ads using their subscribers list?
3) What are the fees for such services?
4) Are they effective for list-building? What about using them to sell front end $7 kind of info products?

Thanks.

Chad

Most of the ezines directories list the ezines based on their topic. Some of them offer also other details (like whether the publisher sells ad space or not).

1) It doesn't exist a standard in this industry

2) the fee depends on the number of subscribers the ezine has

Not selling anything but building your list is the best approach for your solo ads. As for effectiveness, hmm, it depends a lot on ... YOU (your ad copy, your squeeze page, how you "bribe" the prospects, etc)

Well, Fuad, since Chad started this thread ONE YEAR AGO, I don't know whether he is still interested in finding some answers but ... I have a friendly piece of advice for you: before not many people download your free report check once again your resources and be more careful this time.

7.6 million subscribers is a figure VERY FAR from reality and you can notice it very easy. Here is just an example:

Since 2001 (or 2000, I don't remember exactly), Bo from Partenon (2Bucks and Ad) NEVER EVER sold solo ads in the ezines listed there. That is a CLASSIFIED AD Co-op. Bo always sold solo ads only in his small newsletter (under 2000 subs). On the other hand, 2Bucks and Ad has 1.6 million subscribers and this figure is the aggregate subscribers base of more ezines. Some of the ezines from that list are listed by you separately, so they are counted TWICE by you. Here are only 2 examples: according to Bo's "Ezine Directory" (check the link from his site) 1.6 million includes LOGON Ezine (210,000 subs) and Dollarmines (353.000 subs). You are listing these ezines also separately, therefore 560,000+ subscribers are listed twice in your 7.6 million.

Being in this business since ages, I can continue with many examples and show you how far your 7.6 million is from reality. By the way, some of the ezines you listed are not published anymore, some links are dead since many years. You didn't know it, did you? Here is an example: the 17th link counting from the bottom (150,000 subs).

I can continue with examples if you want. The listings there contain also one of my friends who stopped publishing his ezine in June 2008 and died in May 2009. His name is Cor Hartenberg (RIP Cor), his ezine was named BestNews Marketing Gazette and had over 65,000 subs. It is listed by your "resource" no 4 (SubscribeMe.net) where there are also other ezines not published anymore.

Shal I continue? Nope, I will stop here. I guess you got my point and I hope you'll revise quickly your WSO and free report. I didn't want to post this explanation under your WSO ...
