|  Project partnership with overseas, contract advice, please
Hi all, I'm hoping to execute the above header - does anyone have a contract for an overseas partnership project they can email me( im still a newbie so cant reply) or provide a link for? From my experience, a partnership contract needs witnesses to sign and , well, witness. So how would this contract be arranged as this can also apply to overseas joint ventures....InternetMarketing or otherwise? Any useful tips of 'what to include' and 'what not to' clauses would be helpful if you have any. Muchas gracias  |
