How to Make Affiliate Link Sales from 7 Dollar Reports?

I created a report for people with high blood pressure and was curious to know am I likely to make sales simply from people having read the report and then wanting the product I recommend at the end? The product is a $39.95 supplement. Or should I expect a sale to come from a follow up autoresponder series? So far I have made no sales and I'm not sure what to do next. Modify the report? Modify the web site people visit for the product? Thanks

    How many reports have been downloaded?

    I took a look through and the report is fine, but a lot of it is common sense. Lose weight, stop smoking, etc... all stuff the doctor has already told them.

    As your goal is to sell a product it would make more sense to shorten the report and put some focus on how the product can help people - then send them to a website where they can learn more and order.

      Good advice there... somewhere, perhaps in the original book or follow up sales letters you have to state the benefits of the products...

      Simply talking about health and then posting a health product without talking about it, is very unfocused and does not bring a call to action....

      make them want the product and they will buy, dont assume they will just buy...
