Disclaimers

Hi Warriors.

I need a disclaimer to put on my DVD/Download/Ebook on baby massage - does anyone have a good resource for this type of thing? I need someithing about using the material at your own risk, seek medical advice if concerned, that kind of thing. I've got a legal contact who will check it over for me, I just need something to work with.

    I have done many legal disclaimers in the past but it would help to know if you are doing it primarily for the US or the UK markets. I do have both British and American staff. Additionally, if you are just wanting a blanket covering for truly International efforts, it should probably be a bit more inclusive. Just let me know if you would like more information.

      Hi

      Thanks for getting back to me so quickly - I suppose it is primarily for the UK market but as it is a download I will be promoting it to the US, Australia and ex pat/forces communities so it would have to be worldwide. It is for use at the beginning of the DVD/download and for use on the website. I can't PM if you could email me? Its helen at newstorktimes . co . uk that would be great.
