Hi everybody!

I am new to this forum. I found it using search engines.

I already read a dozen thread and found them very useful.

I'm a "newbie" affiliate marketer making just few hundred dollars weekly :-)

That's all!

By the way, I have a new website and I would be happy to hear what other think about it; May I ask here or isn't this the right section?

As a fellow newbie (w/o a site yet) I am interested in your story. A few hundred/week is awesome!

      Welcome...

    Gday and Welcome.

Making a few hundred a week is nothing to sneeze at and it sounds like you are off to a great start.

You can post a thread asking for a site review and folks will most likely swing by and check it out. You can also set up a signature for the site as long as it's within the guidelines. ie Your site and not an affiliate link etc.

    Good Luck,
    Shane

    Thank you all!

My story? To make it very very short, I read a lot of ebooks and put on practice what they said.

The first 1 or 2 months I was really failing and losing money on PPC campaigns, but I didn't give up and I kept reading, kept learning and kept TESTING!

In the first 2 months I built just 1 profitable campaign out of 20 (or maybe more). Well, I just replicated that campaign in many other different market.

The only suggestion I think I could give you - just my 2 cents - is to test and track your results. It's the only way to improve your knowledge. Many times, using split-test I found wrong what I learned from books. You should split-test everything.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the site I was writing about: PSP Game Downloads | PSP Movie Downloads | Download for PSP .

When I tested the conversion rate with Yahoo! SM it was very poor (1 every 150-200 visitors).

I'm happy to hear all your feeling and suggestions about it.

    Stefano

Any suggestions concerning that my website?

Regarding your site, about 1% conversion or even half that is what I would expect from freebie seekers faced with buying an ebook. That sell is an uphill climb. It may be easier to make more sales by creating a PSP game review site with all the sponsor links embedded in the reviews. Just my observation.

      Hi Tom,

Using PPC campaigns I did not target keywords such as "free psp downloads" but I put the price in the ad and I added the keyword "free" as negative keyword, so the freebie seekers shouldn't click on my ads.

What do you think about the overall landing page and sales letter?

      Thank you for your reply.

      Hi John,

I just did a spell check and in a few days I will hire someone to proof read it.

      Thank you
