Does Click Bank Work That Well

Let's say I am promoting product ABC from the Click Bank marketplace. A lead goes through my hoplink to the pitch page of ABC. Instead of making a purchase immediately, the lead signs up on the squeeze page for a free product first. A week later, the lead buys the original product from a follow up email. Do I still get the commission, or should I avoid pitch pages with squeeze pages giving away free products?

I would suggest that you make a simple landing page for yourself. It should offer a free Pre-Sales report for the product that you're promoting.

When they opt in to get your free report, forward them to the Clickbank affiliate landing page. If you use aWeber, you can select an option to automatically populate the CB page with the information from your landing page.

Also, products like CovertAffiliate.com can help save potentially lost sales/customers.

  • The reality is you will probably not be paid. Many "cheaters" go so far as to use their free product email sign up to send out other affiliate offers or to offer a discount for the product lead you sent them by selling direct or through another network.

This happens all the time and not just with ClickBank... it happens with a lot of CPA offers.

You MUST always follow through the buying process to see what really happens.

Before I promote a Clickbank product I pretend like I'm a buyer, I see what email is sent to me.

    I never promote anything blind.

I have a question: should we have a bunch of squeeze pages to promote just 1 product?
I haven't started with clickbank yet
