I'd be careful with that. You will end up doing more damage to yourself than you do to anyone else by posting on WSO's you don't purchase.

Read Allens second post in the WSO rules thread. Here it is just so you don't have to hunt for it:

UPDATED: Anyone caught trying to purposefully harm another persons WSO will be removed from this forum permanently. If you bought the WSO you have a right to comment on it. However, if you have not bought it you have no right to say anything at all about it. You have no basis on which to even give an opinion one way or the other.

If you think someone is trying to harm your WSO on purpose just PM admin here in the forum.

If you buy a WSO and have comments on it, they're allowed. They belong in the thread. Don't think that means you get to start a crusade, though. If it looks like you're ranting for the sake of ranting, you'll get sent to a corner.

As for the rest, this is an example of something I've been seeing more and more of lately. People acting as though having paid for War Room membership somehow gives them rights beyond access to that section and posting of WSOs.

Let me correct that right now: It does not.

$37 does not buy you an exemption from the rules.

Jeffrey, you know better. Please remember that when the ban expires.

Paul,

You swing a big stick and I appreciate you taking the time to thump Jeffery.

It is post like his that give folks, that don't know any better, the wrong ideas about what they can do or not do.

We all have a responsibility to our self, as well as our fellow warriors, to give an honest review, in the WSO thread. As already stated you have to buy the WSO first. If it sucks say so, if it's good say so. And if it's not so good say so.

If you decide to do a review, please give the honest reasons you feel the way you do. This will give the other Warriors an opportunity to factor in your opinions into their buying decision. It also gives the WSO author an opportunity to give a rebuttal to your post.

One other thing, if you honestly feel the WSO creators project is a complete rip off, you can always report it to the mods.

What does being a member of the war room have to do with the ability to give a thumbs up or down for a WSO ?

I have been a member of the War Room Since about the 3rd day I signed up to the WF. I joined when the War Room didn't bring any extended benefits .

The few times I have been in the war room finds me searching for threads by author . I mostly search threads by admin ( or postbot) . Some true nuggets are the result .

Some of us actually joined the War Room because we felt that Allen Says runs the best marketing forum online and that was a way of saying thank you .

Seriously - a thumbs down for a nickname? That is rude.
However, his complaints are probably not his alone. Others I'm sure agree the quality of WSOs is somewhat lacking. There are gems of course. But, well I'm sure you know what I mean. Anyway, maybe the idea of a review panel for WSOs would scare off the abusers. Just a thought.

Fast Forward to today, I came across the exact same strategy in a WSO...

well, it worked then, as it works now.

BUT.. if I hadn't found it 3 years ago, it would have been new to me now.

Sure, I could search EVERY SINGLE SEO thread on the forum, make a gazillion notes and possibly get some p1 SERP rankings, or make some money, or build a list, etc, etc, etc...

Or I could just buy a book that already did all the research for me and just execute the plan.

I think one thing none of us talk about much in here is "the time value of money.'

If you think that you can go and 'find all this information for free', you're probably right, but if it takes you 10 hours to put it all together, and you feel that you're worth even as little as US minimum wage ($7.25 an hour) then you are spending $72.50 'finding it for free' when I'm getting it for $7, $17, $27...

So if you think that a product is garbage just cause it could be found for free, maybe you should learn basic math and the concept of the time value of money.

It has voice recognition. I spoke "That is correct" and my android added "Sir."

I figured it knew how to address Paul so I left it in.

Dude, people put a lot of work into WSOs. Sounds like you're a tire kicker who won't take action on anything you're presented with.
