WSO bumping? Can we stagger it?

The bumping takes place in batches...and that means a WSO placed 10 minutes ago, is already 14th on the list.

It would help out if the bumping was staggered somewhat.

    I can see your point Josh,
    But you gotta feel for the guys moderating them.
    They'd have to be at their PC 24/7 to achieve that.
