What types of article posting is allowed here?

Can you please clarify what types of informational article posting is allowed in this forum?
Is posting your own informational articles considered "spam"?
Are you allowed to post other people's articles?

      May I suggest Ezine Articles? Or Go Articles? Or another article directory? Forums are for discussion, not just posting.

    Good god, I need to get out more.

    There used to be a special forum for posting articles here.....and it's gone!

    I was going to tell you to post an article there, but no need to as it doesn't exist anymore.
