Build a list with Interspire Email Marketer

Interspire Email Marketer is appropriate to build a email list, and what are the pros and cons?

    A big pro is imho that you can split test and survey / poll with this tool too.

    A big con is that it is still not possible to have people sign(ed) up via email (like for instance via DLGuard).

    The pros of interspire is that its self hosted rebrandable (you can change the way it looks add your own logo etc) and you can resell it. The code is also open and they have a api so if you are good with php its a great option. If your list are also bigger its a good bet. Other similiar services you should look at are:

    Email Marketing Software | Email Marketing | Email Campaign Software Active Campaign

    active campaign lets you rotate through multiple smtps' something that interspire doesnt have. Octeth pro is similiar to them in that it is self hosted.
