Best theme for conduit site

For those who have been developing conduit sites, in your opinion which would be the best theme for this sort of sites (regular sites, not blogs)? From what I've researched so far, some of the most popular are:

  • Those included in the original Chris Rempel's VIP Essentials package (featuring themes for Dreamweaver, XSitePro and WP)
  • WP Review Site, by Dan Grossman, another fellow warrior
  • Thesis Theme for WordPress, by DIY themes (who also claim Thesis comes optimised for SEO, anyone's got experience in this regard?)
Which one (or any other one) is your choice for regular conduit sites and why?

    I mainly use Thesis but I came across a nice theme a few weeks ago that's perfect for conduit sites called AffiliTheme - easily create affiliate websites in Wordpress - I got it as a WSO (don't know if the WSO offer is still available though).

      Thank you for your answer Hamida. It's a pity AffiliTheme's website doesn't directly address how suitable these themes are for conduit sites. Just PM'd the product creator about it.

      Anyone else who may know which theme is best for conduit/review sites?

        Aff Genie is designed for conversions and simplicity. I think you'll be very happy with it.
