Opening an offshore bank account!

Can anyone offer me advice on opening an offshore bank account?

I am from South Africa, and for some reason Pay Pal doesn't support payments made to us. South Africans can only make payments via Pay Pal but cannot receive any.

Is it possible for me to open a bank account in a country which can receive Pay Pal payments?

    You could try doing a JV with someone from a country that Paypal accepts and getting them to pay you into your bank account.

    Obviously there's a trust issue though and you'd need to be sure that they would actually pay you.

    Do you have any relatives or friends overseas who you trust?

    You can get a complete offshore package with a bank account included, but this will cost you at least $2000-$5000, according to the country to open your biz in.
