Thanks for sharing your experience. I'll also try this site. I think it will sort out my problem. Is there any possibility to send my paypal money to this moneybookers account so that I can transfer whole amount to my bank account?

      You can check:

      Alertpay
      Moneybookers
      2CO

They are the best ones after paypal.
      I hope this helps!

As, India is facing problem in transferring and receiving funds from Paypal, many people has opted for other means like, moneybookers, alertpay and xoom. However, if Paypal issue is solve as soon as possible, I think, people will be back to Paypal..

I've used alertpay before, it seemed very similar to paypal, just not as universal as paypal yet. Maybe it will work better for you.

No just use xoom to get your money as you can use xoom with you paypal. xoom is used to pay you not to get funds. Then you can use 2c or alertpay to get funds

Alertpay - cheap but there is not many shopping card solutions

2Checkout - $50 signup and then about 5% per transaction

Plimus - free signup and 10% per transaction. They have nice affiliate system and shopping card
