Hi.

Many people, especially the one who are new in Internet Marketing, may not know how to have their newly owned website getting indexed by Search Engine (especially Google). So I decided to give my experience here for guys who are struggling at this point.

My case: Yesterday night I decide to create a website selling designer handbag from Amazon with address: Great Designer Handbag. This is a wordpress blog.

I just list the steps done after setting up a blog:

- Register my site in : Quantcast.com, Alexa.com, Yahoo site explore, Google webmaster center, Microsoft webmaster center, Google analytics. - Register to those site is very simple. Most of the time you just need to put a <meta /> tag in your web page and validate it by following the instruction of those website.

- Make use of RSS feed: I think that many IMers are not paying enough attention to RSS. There are many RSS directory which has a very high PR and, you can submit your RSS feed to those high PR site for free! The most interesting thing is: suppose the RSS directory show 10 posts from your blog, it means there are at least 1 one-way link pointing back to your post, and 10 links pointing back to your domain! (Please correct me if I am wrong here) Here are a list of RSS directory I used to submit my feed:

- feedagg.com
- feedburner.com
- PLAZOO - News and Blog Search Engine
- feedage.com
- zimbio.com
- icerocket.com
- feedcat.net
- blogpulse.com
- technorati.com
- boingboing.net
- syndic8.com
- bloglines.com

Here is also a list of RSS site which you can submit your RSS feed:

- Make use of Ping.fm: I think that Ping.fm is really an excellent service in spreading out your blog. Ping.fm works like this: once you register with Ping.fm service, you can register different accounts including Blogger.com, wordpress.com, twitter, facebook page, MySpace, Ning etc...And when you post to Ping.fm, your post will be spreaded to those websites, which will bring a lot of backlinks to your main domain website. So I register different account and start bringing backlinks.

I hope that this post will help someone to have their site being indexed fast. Actually my site got indexed after 3 - 4 hours when I did the things above.

If you don't want to do it yourself, out-task it to someone else, you may even save more time on doing something that is more important.

I know there's really good intentions behind this post, but I'd like to throw my thoughts in here if I may.

What works for one site might not work for another. 45 - 55 fresh links in one day, to a new website, could be dangerous.

It looks unnatural for most keywords/niches to attract that level of attention, unless it's backed up properly with other sites, blogs, forums, news sites etc in that niche talking about the new site.

Not every site will be treated as a spam site with this approach, it really depends on the link building frequency in each niche.

I think it's always best to build backlinks slowly, and stay within the boundries set by the top ranking sites in your niche.

45 links to a site in one day is not to bad. It is something a human could do. Now 445 in one day is more like the work of a bot. Google would not like that.
