Flipping website question!!!!

I have a question about flipping websites????

If i want to embed PLR articles inside the website am offering how much will it cost me to include 50 PLR aticles as i have seen others are offering in the site they are selling, also they are offering one year hosting and domain registration fees, how much should this cost, and will this still profitable if i want to sell my site with "by it now" at 150 dollars, please help am still new to site flipping, and a last question??? any other site other than Flippa or it is still the best site to start with????

    The cost depends on where you buy your PLR articles. Generally the higher quality articles cost $1 each but please read the licensing terms because a lot of PLR sites DO NOT allow you to resell the articles which I assume includes putting them on the website to flip.

    For the one year hosting - if you get a reseller account it would be around $25 a month (depends on what type of account and where you buy it) but you could host quite few sites on there. So if you wanted to offer this as part of your enticement to buy the sites, you could host maybe 30 - 50 sites for that amount. So your actual cost for 1 site would be about .50 cents a month per site depending on what you get for a hosting deal.

    You would already have to buy the domain to have the site to flip in the first place - a .com is around $8 or $9

    Then you will probably have listing fees and maybe even a success fee if you sell at flippa (around $25).

    Oh and don't forget graphics fees if you want to make your site look nice ($5 - $10).

    Also, if you collect money via paypal, they take their cut as well.

    Will your site sell the first time around? Maybe, maybe not. So, you might have to figure in the parital listing fees again for a second listing.

    Will that be profitable? It depends, for some people it probably would for others it wouldn't be worth their time.

      But still i have other qustions for you .

      1) Do you mean here the annual fees or the monthly fees which will cost this amount ?

      2) I downloaded a free version of lifestyle word press theme, should it be licensed befpre using it in my site that am offering, or just costamizing the theme with my own tools will be enough?

      3) i clicked your link "http://www.nicheplrarticlepacks.com/" and i have seen the incredible sites there, they are what am looking for to sell on flippa, and you are offering them for 37 dollars each??? I wondered, are you doing this because you will sell the same website to more than one destination, and if so is it allowed or in other words makes since to sell the same site for more than one person??????????

    I don't think there is any buyers out there that will be willing to buy "none unique content" websites from you these days.

    I had some success with plr type of websites in the past but these days, you will need to be very lucky to get someone to buy them from you.

    As for giving hosting as a bonus, I don't think it is necessary. If I were you, I will make sure the content on the site is unique and then offer the plr articles as bonus.

    If you are new to site flipping, I will advise you to start by doing some slightly established sites instead of the normal start up site. No one seem to be buying the 10 articles start up sites again.
