Can Any GIMPs Answer This?
Hello Warriors:
If I want to create a solid border around a graphic in GIMP, I usually create a new layer a few pixels smaller then the background layer, place the new layer on top of the background, and presto-chango... I have a border the same colour as the background.
But I'm thinking there has to be an easier way.
I couldn't figure-out any other way but, as I'm really new to this program, I'm wondering if the answer is staring me in the face.
Is it?
