INTERNET MARKETING

I want to start doing a few camtasia vids and the mic has gone caput in the set I have now.

Any recomendations from anyone before I buy a new set.

My old one's were plantronic and they were pretty good. (They were quite expensive when I bought them about 4 years ago)

I've the AT2020 USB mic and it's pretty damn good.

Also, I use the Logitech Clearchat headset and they're fine, too!

Kim, I use a Plantronics DSP500 and I love it. Camtasia seems to have
trouble picking up the volume level on the test but if you crank it up to max
it works fine.

Just looked at mine, they are Plantronics SP500

I can hear through them fine, just can't seem to talk on them which is a bummer

I also use a DSP500. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued.

If you want to keep using a headset, in previous posts on this same topic, several have mentioned the Gamecon headset.

For desktop microphones, Blue's Snowball and Snowflake seem to rate highly, but I prefer a headset.

yeaaa I got my mic working now, I just hadn't configured it properly

I just need to try and sound like a posh bird now, and I'll be well away

  hey Kim, I make quite a few camstatia videos and my mic headset broke last week, just brought a phillips one for Argos, lol. When I listen to my videos I can hear my west midlands accent, which I didn't realise was so obvious, lol.
