Keywords Analyzer

I've owned this product for sometime but have not used it in a while. When I came to it a few days ago, on trying to access the forum it led to an expired page. Also i get no reply from them though they usually reply in 24 hours. Yes I used my proper key. Does anyone know if they're still operating?

Well, if they're forum is gone and no one is answering your emails, it's probably safe to assume that they are out of business. Did you do a searh on the WF? Maybe other Warriors have created threads on it.

You question is not clear. If you are sure you typed the right address and your logins perhaps they are no longer functioning.

I have had keyword analyzer since the old "Google Cash" days and the tool is well outdated and pretyy much useless. I have since uninstalled and purchased "micro niche finder". I will suggest that you move on.

It seems the software has been abandoned and no longer works.

The website is still live and still takes orders .....

Thanks for that. Funnily enough MNF is on my list as the next item to purchase. Hopefully, in days. How are you finding it so far?

Funny... Unfortunately I'm out of touch with the googlecash guys I'd hang out with when I first bought it. As someone else says, moving on is the thing to do right now. Thanks for your reply

It's funny that you asked. I had just launched KA SEO Pro 7.69 about a week ago after not launching it since late 2008.

The GUI shows "Coming soon in 2009" In addition, all of the "Product and Service Announcements" are dated for 2008. What's amazing is both the Blue Infinity Internet Marketing Software ? publishers of Keywords Analyzer, AdWords Dominator and Competition Domninator internet marketing software website and the Webwords - Exclusive subscription service for Keyword Analyzer customers are apparently still taking orders.

I wouldn't say they have abandoned ship though. More like they are trying to milk the cow till the very last drop.

A savvy IMer would do their homework and realize these products had their heyday but it's time to move on.

That statement is correct, the product has been replaced by GKT and other products such as Market Samurai and MNF. The whole idea of paying a monthly fee for access to Webwords is pretty mind boggling especially being that you can get the same or better info for free.

I happen to own a copy of Keyword Analyzer, Competition Dominator and Adwords Dominator. All Blue Infinity software. Truely great software by the way, but right now a bit outdated since the search engines moved on and Blue Infinity didn't.

I also used to have good contact with Chris Lee (owner) and Goran Nagy (owner/developer) and they used to respond quite fast. But all my support tickets have not been answered for a least 1,5 years now. I tried everything to contact one of them but they seem to have vanished.
Not really the way to go when you sell software with a life-time update garantuee! Strange indeed that they also still take orders selling out of date software for quite some bucks. So Chris or Goran please fix things ASAP with your existing customers or shutdown the site but don't leave things open ended like this.

When someone get's a hold of them, ask them to give their users a partial refund.
