Better wordpress control panel

INTERNET MARKETING

Is there a plugin or something, to give a better control panel in wordpress, so when adding a page or post, you can center text, change text color, or text size, and so on, without having to put the code in.

There are some better WYSIWYG editors for WP
that may suit your needs. I'm comfortable with
code, so the regular one works for me, but it's
not a very good WYSIWYG editor and I know
there are more full-featured ones out there.

The standard editor that is built in to Wordpress does all that you are mentioning and more. Make sure you hit the "kitchen sink" button to expand all the options.

There are plugins available if you need some additional fancy stuff like adding tables, but they also add "junk" into the mix.
