How to sell a web site that you promote with PPC?

Hi warriors,

I've set up an affiliate review site that pulls in a few sales per month off PPC, around $150 revenue (average) a month off about $30 on PPC costs.

It also gets a trickle of organic traffic.

How do I price the site?

Revenue or profit? x 5-8?

I would also give the seller my PPC ads and data.

Thanks!

Most pricing will almost always be done on profit not revenue.

Buyers aren't too interested in revenue, it's the profit that will help them to make their minds up.

But handing over the campaigns and details, would certainly help.

If you're making $120 a month and it is hands free, depending on the niche you could quite easily get $1000 for it on Flippa.

    Great, thanks heaps Tony.

I'll give it a shot. I'm on my iPhone ATM, but I'll check out your WSO when I'm at a desktop.
