Membership Script For Paypal

Hi everyone,

I am looking to make a membership based site and need a script which does the following:

Allows users to register and then creates an account
Gives access to a "members only" site. I want to give special functionality to members in a /members/ folder and will basically have a standard website for them to use
Has an affiliate program where the members can promote the site
Offers trials and other offers
Fully handles Paypal details and cancels accounts automatically if the member cancels

Do you know any that does this?

I do all that through wordpress and some great plugins.
