Pls, I don't want to Give Up !!!

Hi, do you have analytics set up on your site? what type of trafic are you getting?

Not to sound too harsh, but what have you done so far to promote this blog? What steps are you taking each day to get more traffic to it?

Come on, you know what to do already. You know that you have to write and submit articles, leave informative blog comments, forum posts, etc.

By creating quality backlinks, you will raise your blog in the serps, and thus will get more traffic.

Traffic is king! Drive enough traffic to any monotized site and you WILL generate money.

Look into free methods to drive traffic first.

Had a look at your blog and don't know if it's because I am using Firefox but all I see is a massive Adsense block at the top. Not saying you cant use both but if I were you I would have the ebook cover at the top with a list of some benefits and your opt in box nest to that, change your layout a bit. Maybe have some pysical products from CJ promoted within individual posts to break up all that text, hyperlink the images instead of just text links. Instead of the side adsnes blocks why dont you try using a few affiliate banners from clickbank.

Let's start at the top.

Did you do keyword research to decide on the topic and name for your blog? You need to carefully target your market by the phrases they are searching for. The Google Keyword Tool is good for this.

Your blog is broad in scope, and needs to be more finely focused. Your are trying to cover a wide variety of topics, instead of becoming an authority on one with the site. Make your site highly informative, with rich content from one topic, and you have a better chance of ranking higher.

I am looking at it with Google Chrome, and the font size and spacing is not good. Not sure if it looks better in another browswer or not. Everything is too big.

Once you narrow your markets, and create separate blogs when you want to try other niches (Arthritis, Diabetes, Weight Loss, Flu, are all big markets, narrow them to smaller niches). Then start writing articles for the article directories, linking to your blogs. Create content any where you can think to create links and traffic to your money sites.

As you start getting more traffic, you will get sales.

Now, seeing it is a blogger blog, are you able to track any of your stats? If you can afford hosting and your own domain names, it would help.

Last suggestion, join the War Room, and look up StevenR's materials on Flipping Sites, and SimpleBlogging. They will help you tremendously. He gives some great overviews to the entire process which are easy to understand.

Stop thinking about the money and get the words "give up" out of your mind! Its true that people do IM to make money and enjoy a more relaxing lifestyle, but always remember to do something which you enjoy.. don't just do it for the money.

Craete reports about stuff which you are good at, or passionate about, and find a way to monetize those reports or use it to build a list, which is gold in the IM world if you know how to use it correctly!

Lastly, enjoy doing it. The fact that you have the words "give up" is because its not what you truly enjoy, and you're just staying in this venture for the money.. just a quick question for you to ponder upon...

When you were playing your favourite video game and got defeated by your friends or the boss tons of times, did your mind keep uttering the word "give up!" like you're doing now, or did it instaed feel more driven to beat them and the more you trained at the game, the more enjoyable it becomes?

That's the differnce between doing sth just because you love it and truly want to do it, and doing sth because of the end material rewards.

I recommended that you have to build your list first. select any niche that you comfortable with, then build a landing page, drive traffic to your landing page, use free traffic such as article, backlinks, forum, basic seo etc.. just spend 1-2 hrs per day to do this. Do not think about the money first,, getting 1st list will be a first goal. I think in this business there is no short-cut available.

Too early to give up.

Spend 2 hrs daily on free traffic methods. They key is to drive traffic your site.

Money wont come overnight at this stages. Do articles, get back links, forum posting, blog commenting...it all counts

YOU MUST GIVE UP! But Give up on that negative actitude, switch your mentallity to a positive way, think like a winner who is already making money. Be confortable with what you're writing, and with that in mind you can do some of the follow:

Start researching the niche you choose, find relevant keywords with high traffic and put them in the content. That will help you with your SEO traffic.

Try to make regular post on your sites, keep them updated and submit them to the blogs directories

Do a make over of your sites, make them look more pro you can find a ton of free templates on the net that you can use, a domain and a hosting will be terrific.

Write related articles and submit them to the article directories.

Be an active member on forums from your niches, make yourself known.

Use your free blogs to build backlinks to your main site.

Open an adsense account and put some ad blocks on your site

try apply to cpa networks

use press releases to advertize your site.
